100% PURE COCOA BUTTER 

We only use a 100% pure cocoa butter chocolate and we do not incorporate any conservatives in our products. 

HOMEMADE PRALINE

The praline, flower of our production, is made in our workshop of Gosselies thanks to the period machines and to a craft know-how, which gives a delicious and recognizable taste.

ENVIRONMENT-FRIENDLY PACKAGING

The majority of our boxes are guaranteed “FSC”, this label guarantees the lasting management of forests by regulating the production and the use of the wood. We want to reduce our environment impact thanks to an installation of more than 100 solar panels. 

MORE THAN 100 YEAR OF EXPERIENCE

Since 1909, the chocolate is synonymous for the chocolate maker Bruyerre with dream and with passion. There are more than 100 years dedicated to the transmission of a craft know-how and to traditional receipts.

CRAFT KNOW-HOW 

Our craft and ancestral know-how mobilizes more than twenty of workers qualified, with for some of them, more than 35 years of experience at Bruyerre. Many decorations of pralines are handmade by our team.

QUALITY RAW MATERIALS

We select carefully the raw materials that we use in our receipts in order to keep only the noblest raw materials. We don’t hesitate to travel thousands kilometers looking for the best product.
